Yoga keeps me centered and sane. I believe stress is the most pernicious threat to our mental and physical health. I became a yoga teacher to help others manage this menace by finding natural solutions utilizing breath and yoga. My entire approach with students is from the inside out. I encourage students to handle stress by utilizing their breath and by living in the present moment. They are also encouraged to accept and love their bodies at every age and stage of life.
